Immanuel Church is located at 105 S. 7th St. in Zanesville, Ohio.
We are 4 blocks south of Interstate-70 in downtown Zanesville.
Sunday worship times are at 8am and 10:15am
Sunday School is at 9am in the Annex building
Immanuel Church is a community of believers in Jesus Christ who desire to live in His Grace, grow in our faith, and proclaim the love of God by serving others.
Immanuel Church has a long heritage in
Zanesville. The church is the union of two churches, Pilgrim Evangelical and
Reformed whose history dates back to 1818, and First Congregational Church. The
pastor at Immanuel Church is Mitch Reed. Pastor Mitch has been at Immanuel since
the summer of 2006, and is a graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary. Our
worship is a blend of traditional and contemporary styles. The sermons are based
on the Bible yet deal with relevant issues of life as we seek to follow
Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Each month, on the last Sunday of the month, Immanuel hosts the Neighborhood
Meal in our Social Hall for anyone in need of a good home-cooked food. The meal
starts around 11:30am
